Yoga Journal's Yoga for Well-Being

Excellent Yoga Video
I am a yoga teacher and have been practicing for 7 years. This yoga video has superb instructions and guidance. It never makes you feel overwhelmed - very calming. It is in 3 parts. You can do them all at once or break them into 3 individual sessions. I highly recommend this video for people who are focused on stress reduction and help with nervous system.

Nicely Paced and Relaxing
Some of these poses may be a bit of an exercise for a beginner (I had practiced yoga before but hadn't in a while and had to work to achieve the full form for some of these poses), but once you get practice with them, everything in each of the three sections is soothing and relaxing. It's also helped to open up my upper back and shoulders, where I carry most of my physical tension, which has been fantastic.

Good hour practice
I enjoyed the stretches. I felt they were not too difficult - as one who mostly practices at home with videos. I rented this - I'll probably buy it. The backs of my legs felt worked out the next day and my neck and shoulders felt lovely and loose after I finished.
