Not sure why this workout is not gained more popularity!
I find this too be a pretty good workout! I like the music in it as well! I recently got a back injury after doing a kickboxing class. I have been since looking for workout videos which are easy enough to follow and don't jerk your body around the same way which kickboxing does. I think I found a gem! I hope my review will help others to give this workout a try! =)
